Princes Lodge Motel - Single

A lovely place to stay. Positive: Lovely quiet residential area and very easy walk to the free connector bus and O'Connell St. Easy check in and great to be on ground floor. Nice to have refrig and everything very clean and comfy. Breakfast a special bonus .old building with lots of character and great with p ark outlook..would stay there again. Negative: If I had to find something maybe the bathroom smallish but it was only a single room.

Positive: Good location an value for money

Positive: NOTHING to like ! Everything was disgusting. Negative: BEWARE black mould!! They should shut this place down. Dirty everywhere, nothing like the photos. Should be taken off booking.com I struggled to breathe after just one night in the room, so I had to check out early. I kindly explained to reception why I was checking out and didn't even get a sorry. Let alone a refund or compensation. You couldn't even sit on the toilet without your knees touching the wall! Worst place I've ever stayed. Falling apart.

Negative: Not a big thing but international roast coffee is so last year...Moccona coffee is the way to go.

Frequent user , convenience is bonus on edge of city Positive: Good location, good price, good breakfast Time to upgrade the noisy air conditioner to splits , would be a lot quieter.
